Equine Health: I have been researching many different sports horses & backyard horses on swimming, chiropractor, sports massage therapy, hydrotheraphy, accespsure, massage technology fields. The only best method I found in for horse's health is swimming & sports massage theraphy & hydrotherapy because it is not damaging as accssspure, chiropractor, technology equipments. I want to know what your opinions on thoses. And am interested to see what is your words about thoses variety things. |

I do know that chiropratic therapy works for a number of issues. Have seen it first hand. Had a mare one time that was so head shy you could hardly touch her to put a bridal on. After treatment she was fine about her head. We did have to do follow up treatments occasionally and it was easy to tell when it was needed. Our stallion has a week shoulder from an injury I assume it happened while pasture breeding. The old horse guys call it a sweeny, guess draft horses get it from the pulling collar. Our vet said the only way to rebuild the muscle was to do hydrotherapy. Since we don't have access to an under water tread mill can't say if it would have worked. |

We have use chiropractic treatments on my daughters gelding and on our stallion. It definitely works, you can see the relief in the eyes when they are re-aligned correctly. |

I have a mare that slid through a board fence ripping her shoulder open. After she recovered she would do airs above ground any time you touched her back, from withers to loin. I had my vet do an adjustment and she stands quietly for grooming and tacking, have yet to ride. she lets me know when to call him back for a redo. |
